Accommodation
We provide semi independent supported living for children & young people and help them along their journeys towards autonomy & independence.
Individualised Counselling
We provide accessible & stigma free mental health support to children & young people taking into account their unique challenges and complex needs.
Health and Well being
We promote physical and mental well-being through awareness campaigns, workshops, and resources
Education Access
We support efforts to improve educational opportunities and promote lifelong learning to disadvantaged young people. We are working in collaboration with local schools.
Skill development
We offer training session and skill-building programs with practical skills for both personal and professional success with an aim in enhancing practical skills.
Goal Setting
We also complete risk assessment for each & every young person in our care. We will also teach them how to set and work towards achievable goals
Safe Spaces
We create environments where they can freely express themselves, share their thoughts, and seek support without judgment.
Networking
We help young individuals build meaningful connections with peers, professionals, and organizations in their areas of interest.
Community Engagement
We encourage participation in community activities and volunteer opportunities.
Time Management
We teach effective time management skills to help individuals balance responsibilities, set priorities, and achieve their goals.
Job Opportunities
We seek to collaborate with other providers and assist young people in seeking job opportunities, internship. We will also offer low level life skills training to children and young people in our care
Recognition and Celebrations
We acknowledging achievements and milestones of the young people in our care no matter how small.
