We pride ourselves for providing compassionate and person centred care for children and young people in their journeys towards independence. Our work is guided by the principles of respect, empathy and compassion. We offer innovative semi-independent accommodation options combined with comprehensive support services. We treat each young person as an individual and value their contribution.

OUR STAFF AND APPROACH

First Serve Care Professionals and their Compassionate Approach

We are a multi-disciplinary team comprising nurses, mental health practitioners and support workers. Our team’s unwavering compassion forms the cornerstone of our care. We ensure every child and young person feels valued and heard. First Serve Care creates a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable expressing their opinions, ideas, and concerns. We foster creativity and self-expression through art, writing, music, or any form of personal outlet.
